Andy has spent over 15 years perfecting his craft in the truck and trailer repair industry. With a dream of building his own business and a passion for treating customers like family, he founded 5 Star Truck and Trailer Repair. Andy’s hands-on expertise, leadership, and vision drive the company forward.

Jeremiah

Lead Technician

Jeremiah is a master mechanic whose skills and attention to detail shine through in every project. Having worked alongside Andy and Tim, Jeremiah has built a reputation for turning out some of the cleanest jobs and welds in the area. When not in the shop, he’s a devoted husband and father who enjoys fishing and learning from his father’s stories.

JJ

Co-Owner and Office Manager

JJ is the heart of the operation, keeping Andy in line and ensuring the business runs smoothly. As a loving wife, mother, and grandmother to 10 grandbabies, JJ’s warmth extends to both her family and the business. She oversees accounting, coordinates operations, and still finds time to pursue her passion for photography and family gatherings.

Dave

Shop Assistant

Dave is the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the shop running like a well-oiled machine. From resetting workspaces and organizing tools to running for parts and tackling smaller jobs, Dave ensures efficiency and order. His dedication helps the team stay focused on what matters most—serving our customers.

Tim

Lead Technician

Tim brings over a decade of trailer industry experience and the meticulous craftsmanship he honed as a mason. Known for his hard work and sharp attention to detail, Tim plays a critical role in delivering quality repairs. Outside the shop, he enjoys tackling projects and spending time with his two kids.

Katie

Office Assistant

As Andy’s daughter, Katie is the next generation of the Rasmussen family to join the business. A new mother with a newborn and a toddler, Katie is juggling family life while bringing fresh ideas to the table, including implementing new technologies and operational strategies. Her little ones often tag along, watching "Papa" in action and learning the family legacy firsthand.
